My restaurant's air conditioning just broke. Can you come out tonight?

Yes. Call +44 7920 779989 any hour of any day. For central London AC emergencies we aim to have an engineer on site within a few hours. We cover restaurants, cafés, shops and offices right through the evening, overnight and on weekends.

There's a leak in our shop or office. Who do we call?

Us. Whether it's a burst pipe, a dripping ceiling after a rainstorm or a slow leak under a sink, call +44 7920 779989 and we'll dispatch a plumber. We'll stop the water, fix the cause, and deal with any ceiling or floor damage at the same time where possible.

The power keeps tripping in my café. What should I do?

Call us. Repeated tripping usually means an overloaded circuit, a faulty appliance, or a fault in the wiring. We diagnose and fix these issues on site. Don't keep resetting it, as that can damage equipment. One call, one engineer, one visit where possible.

How fast can you actually get to my site in London?

We answer the phone in under 60 seconds, 24/7. For emergencies in Zones 1 and 2 we aim to have an engineer on site within a few hours; same-day across Greater London. Planned work is booked at a time that suits your opening hours.

What kind of work does SIGUV actually do?

Three things: air conditioning, heating and ventilation (HVAC, including kitchen extraction and walk-in fridges); electrics and plumbing (power, lighting, pumps, pipework and drainage); and building fabric repairs (doors, floors, glass, ceilings and finishes). We deliberately focus on these so we're fast and good at them.

Do you work with restaurant chains and multi-site brands?

Yes. That is our core focus. We currently work with Joe & The Juice and Shokudo UK, among others, and are set up to handle estates from a handful of sites up to nationwide rollouts with consolidated reporting for your ops team.

Are your engineers certified and insured?

Yes. All engineers hold the relevant UK trade certifications for the work they do (Gas Safe, F-Gas, NICEIC and similar where applicable). SIGUV carries full public liability and employer's liability insurance. Certificates, method statements and risk assessments are available for every job on request.

What areas of the UK do you cover?
